Setting up your Meal Times and choosing your meals

To set up your meal times you can go to any of the different Food reports. Up in the top left corner next to the report name you will find a 3-dot action menu that can be clicked and select Manage meal time. 

This will bring you into a pop-up where you can select which meals you would like to use for your food report. These meals types are not able to have their name changed and will not pull from meals you set up on your food menu. Click on the checkbox to the left of each meal type you will use for your Food report and set its time with the time picker to the right of the meals name.
 

Any time a child who needs to have their meals recorded and is checked into your center during these times you set will have a meal recorded as being served to them in the food report

Please Note: These meals types and their times are not used in conjunction with Family Connection. To have your listed meals and their menu for your teacher tablets, please use the Manage meal section in your food menu. You can also set your meal times from that area as well if you desire.

Setting up your Meal Reimbursement amounts

To set up your meal reimbursement amounts you can go to any of the different Food reports. Up in the top left corner next to the report name you will find a 3-dot action menu that can be clicked and select Manage reimbursement. 

From here a pop-up will come up allowing you to set the amount you are reimbursed for a child if they are on a Free plan, Reduced Plan or a Paid plan. Fill out any you need for different meals you have set up a meal time for and your Food Reports will calculate up the amount of reimbursement you will receive from meals served at your center.
