Learn the steps to easily download an invoice from the mobile app.
In this article we will show you how to download an invoice or statement from your mobile app.
In this video listed above, we will start from the home page of a child once inside your app:
1. Starting from your home page, go to your profile located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Scroll down to the money section on your profile and go inside there. This will land you on your all payments page
3. Set the date range of payments you have made with the two date pickers.
4. Click the blue export button and choose to export as a PDF. This will give you a download of a .pdf file all your payment information that you can send off wherever you need to be used or printed.
